Jacques has held the roles of CFO and COO for several global corporations including Charles Schwab, McGraw-Hill, Standard & Poor’s and TWA where he was responsible for making Executive buying decisions over the last 20 years. He has conducted over 400 workshops and keynotes throughout the United States, Europe, Africa, South America, Asia, and Australia. Jacques is also President of ERG Europe, an Executive management firm that conducts assignments for CEOs and CFOs, representing the Executive buyer’s perspective and providing C-level training to B2B sales teams. He holds a B.A. from Bowdoin College and a Harvard Executive MBA.
